Group Session series offer an opportunity for anyone to partake in a remote pre-recorded BodyTalk session with top Instructors in the BodyTalk System. Instructors tune into the collective energy of all those who will listen in the present or future, providing a session that can offer powerful benefits to anyone who may view the session. Countless testimonials have demonstrated that viewing these sessions at any time and tapping them out can be just as effective as receiving sessions in real time in person. In fact, group sessions are often more powerful because they are amplified by the shared observations and experiences of a large group. Additionally, for BodyTalk Practitioners, remote group sessions increase understanding of important BodyTalk concepts that can be brought into sessions with clients and provide an opportunity for shifts in both the practitioner's and the client's health, consciousness, and perception.
I was introduced to BodyTalk in 2007 and felt an immediate connection with this very powerful yet non-invasive system of healing. In April of 2008 I completed all advanced BodyTalk Modules and completed examination to become an Advanced Certified BodyTalk Practitioner. My passion for teaching inspired me to train to become a BodyTalk Access Trainer and Advanced Certified BodyTalk Instructor. I take great joy in having the opportunity to share this incredible system of health care with my clients and students alike. |

What is emotional adaptability? Emotion is a fuel that inspires movement. Whether it is the energy to get up in the morning, the energy to say "no" to the things that do not support us, the energy to make decisions and follow through with action easily, or the energy to think clearly and solve problems, these are all examples of the healthy expression of emotion. As humans, we are driven by habit and, too often, our emotional responses are habitual, reactive, and nonproductive. Opening the mind to new possibilities allows the emotional landscape to shift accordingly. Emotional adaptability is the ability to be present and to respond to the moment from authenticity instead of habit. This session will build on the breakthroughs that arise from a new mental perspective (addressed in the first session in the series) by supporting a new relationship to the movement of emotion.
