Overview
Group Session series offer an opportunity for anyone to partake in a remote pre-recorded BodyTalk session with top Instructors in the BodyTalk System. Instructors tune into the collective energy of all those who will listen in the present or future, providing a session that can offer powerful benefits to anyone who may view the session. Countless testimonials have demonstrated that viewing these sessions at any time and tapping them out can be just as effective as receiving sessions in real time in person. In fact, group sessions are often more powerful because they are amplified by the shared observations and experiences of a large group. Additionally, for BodyTalk Practitioners, remote group sessions increase understanding of important BodyTalk concepts that can be brought into sessions with clients and provide an opportunity for shifts in both the practitioner's and the client's health, consciousness, and perception.

I was introduced to BodyTalk in 2007 and felt an immediate connection with this very powerful yet non-invasive system of healing. In April of 2008 I completed all advanced BodyTalk Modules and completed examination to become an Advanced Certified BodyTalk Practitioner. My passion for teaching inspired me to train to become a BodyTalk Access Trainer and Advanced Certified BodyTalk Instructor. I take great joy in having the opportunity to share this incredible system of health care with my clients and students alike. |
Description
Traditional Chinese Medicine defines health as the ability of an organism to adapt to challenge. Disease, therefore, is a manifestation of the inability to adapt. From this perspective, we could describe the ultimate state of health and wellness as a state of adaptability.
How adaptable are you? Is there room for greater flexibility and flow in your mind, your emotions, your body? This three session series will address and support the capacity to break through barriers and achieve a new state of health by embracing adaptability.
The first session in the series focuses on Adaptability of Mind, the second on Emotional Adaptability, and the third on Physical Adaptability.
