Our five senses gather information about our environment, but how we interpret and experience our environment is determined by the sense of connection we have to our Self. This pre-recorded group session will focus on detaching from the societal beliefs that have been imprinted on us, often through fear, and coming home to ourselves. Who are you? What is your purpose? These are often questions we have on our spiritual quests. After a global pandemic, we have been isolated, we may have lost loved ones, we may be separated from friends or our previous jobs are gone, and we are, perhaps, in the perfect place to really come home to Self. Many of our past identities, roles, and duties have shifted. Although some of us may feel more disconnected and lost than ever, we may be closer to “coming home” to Self than we realize. These shifts and changes can occur at any time in life, regardless of global crises.
No matter how the things around us change, if we have a solid sense of Self, we are adaptable and flexible to deal with anything that comes our way. From a place of internal connection, we can confidently pursue a new way of living fully.
Group BodyTalk Session - Authentic Connection: Radiating Connection
Have you ever been in the presence of someone who radiates joy, peace or fun? It’s contagious! However, during the global pandemic (and subsequent global and political climate), we spent so much time disconnecting because of fears, judgements, discriminations and, honestly, a lot of bullying. Families ripped apart, friendships broke, and jobs disappeared. Many people were not able to enjoy the events that would typically connect them—a Christmas gathering, a beautiful funeral or wake to celebrate someone's passing, or the ability to share time and hugs with a family member in the hospital during their final days. This moratorium on connection has taken its toll on how willing we are to connect with each other now. In some ways, as a result of the pandemic, we are more connected as we learned to take better advantage of technology. But, are we now habitually isolating? And, if so, is that healthy on the global spectrum?
The focus of this pre-recorded remote group session will be to re-discover that joyful sense of connection with others that we all long for. The session will support opening ourselves up to others so we can cultivate meaningful connections that can sustain us through future tough patches When we see each other with empathy, from a personal sense of connection and confidence, we can radiate that to everyone around us. Let’s embark on a journey to radiate connection around the world.
Group BodyTalk Session - Authentic Connection: Your Five Senses
Our perception and ability to connect is first fostered through our five senses with development starting in fetal life. In the womb, we are not conscious of any separation or personal identity. But, upon entering this world, our journey of separation begins. After the experience of a global pandemic, we feel more disconnected and sensually shut down than perhaps ever before. All of our senses play a part in the connection or disconnection going on in the world today. Whether it’s the sense of sight as we try to tell if someone is smiling under their mask, or recognizing how much we read lips to hear properly, or hearing too much information around COVID, or the smell of hand sanitizer, these sensory perceptions can create fear for many. Additionally, in light of the COVID pandemic, we are hyper-focused on whether or not our sense of taste is functioning as an indication of health status, and our sense of touch, the most essential of all, is hijacked by our fear of touching anything—surfaces, the air, each other. Of all the senses, touch is the only one we cannot live without.

Group BodyTalk Session - Business Building: Client Engagement
This session begins with a straightforward method for assessing clients before and after BodyTalk sessions. The emphasis is on engaging with clients to create connections that bring them back for further sessions. An educated client is a dedicated client. You will learn how to evaluate the amount of tension a client’s body holds before the session and then reevaluate after the session to demonstrate how much the body and mind have changed. Additionally, you will be provided with a simple description to share with clients about mental and physical “balance” and a way for them to understand how their BodyTalk sessions engage with that goal.
The distance group session explores the spiritual way we engage and connect with ourselves, clients, and future clients. It will address how to be an engaging practitioner who truly speaks the language of BodyTalk in a way that resonates with and excites clients and in a way that energetically attracts future clients. This group session will then focus on creating space and balance within yourself. As your internal state of balance becomes open and more harmonious, BodyTalk formulas will reveal themselves with greater ease, and explaining formulas to clients will happen naturally and effortlessly. Finally, the session ends by connecting you more strongly to clients you haven’t met yet.
Group BodyTalk Session - Business Building: Education & Environment
This group session starts by exploring ways to create the ideal relaxed environment for you and your clients. An essential component of practice is knowing how to educate the client without overwhelming them with information. This session will include some simple illustrations that can quickly be drawn for clients to help them understand BodyTalk and healing. The session will also look at ways to engage with clients and LISTEN, so they feel optimally supported and understood, which ensures they get the most benefit from their sessions. Before the group session, you will also learn a quick yet effective technique to help let go of any distractions and be present for your clients’ sessions.
Group BodyTalk Session - Business Building: Receiving Money
This session starts by discussing the common beliefs we hold about receiving money. We look at ways to proactively work with the energy of money rather than simply accepting our limitations. Money is a positive method of exchange that can benefit your business and your life. We highlight those behaviors and practices that make it easier to receive money so that your BodyTalk business can grow as much financially as in any other area. You will receive a quick introduction to starting your own business with insights on claiming expenses (including courses) and income. Then we explore the energy of gratitude and how this works with your clients and receiving more clients. We touch on how being vulnerable opens up you and your business to receive even more.
The distance group session explores how you as a BodyTalk practitioner can receive more in the areas of money, compliments, and expanding your BodyTalk business. We look at evolving your wisdom, being more rooted in who you are and how all of this relates to and contributes to your BodyTalk business. We tap into the possibility of increasing energy in your gallbladder meridian to embrace the ease of making decisions and choosing more to move forward in your BodyTalk business. Finally, we look at the energy of surrender and being able to receive, especially in terms of support from everyone and everything around you.

Group BodyTalk Session - Trauma and Intuition: Meet Your Healed Self
The first in the Trauma and Intuition Group Session Series focuses on our capacity to connect with the part of ourselves that never needs healing. Part of the session utilizes gratitude and other positive emotions in supporting the body’s ability to shift away from persistent coping patterns or overwhelm. This session further focuses on resolving any impacts from adverse childhood experiences that activated patterns where we unknowingly began using our intuition to help us survive, gearing the intuition towards keeping us safe over other intuitive processes. Addressing these traumas and patterns will help to bring a greater sense of stability and ease to the nervous system, restoring a sense of safety and wholeness throughout the body-mind.
Group BodyTalk Session - Trauma and Intuition: Restoring Heart Intuition
The second in the Trauma and Intuition Group Session Series focuses on unveiling the intuitive wisdom of the heart. Optimal functioning of our parasympathetic (rest and digest) nervous system requires an unhindered flow of qi and energetic balance throughout the meridian system. When these systems function well, they contribute to our ability to maintain healthy filters between the conscious and subconscious minds. This session also focuses on supporting communication within and between the digestive and nervous systems to bring about deeper states of rest, inner quiet, and relaxation. This calm state is necessary to transmute trauma from memories, fetal life experiences, and within the family ancestry. Lastly, we will clear any impacts of trauma that are currently preventing the heart from fulfilling its role of commanding and synchronizing the body’s systems, returning it to its natural state of intuitive wisdom.

The third in the Trauma and Intuition Group Series focuses on re-discovering our naturally peaceful state. This discovery is supported by tuning back into our inherent states of resilience and adaptability. Many of our ancestors’ immune systems may have adapted to extended periods of stress as a survival mechanism. Such conditioning then passes on to the next generation as non-optimal coping mechanisms playing out in every cell of the body, particularly in the immune system. Restoring the ability to shift into stress and back out of stress quickly and naturally can positively impact chronic pain, inflammation, and autoimmune conditions. This session identifies such inherited patterns and optimizes your immune system in dealing with environmental stressors they trigger with more adaptability and resilience.

Adaptability of mind could be described as Open-Mindedness, the ability to shed old limiting beliefs and conditioning that shape our expectations of self and the world. When these beliefs conflict, when our expectations are not met, stress is the result. This group session focuses on the potential to open the mind to new perspectives and the ability to perceive and manifest new possibilities in all areas of life, including relationship to self, to others, and to the challenges we are currently navigating.
Group BodyTalk Session - Vitality Through Adaptability: Emotional Adaptability
What is emotional adaptability? Emotion is a fuel that inspires movement. Whether it is the energy to get up in the morning, the energy to say "no" to the things that do not support us, the energy to make decisions and follow through with action easily, or the energy to think clearly and solve problems, these are all examples of the healthy expression of emotion. As humans, we are driven by habit and, too often, our emotional responses are habitual, reactive, and nonproductive. Opening the mind to new possibilities allows the emotional landscape to shift accordingly. Emotional adaptability is the ability to be present and to respond to the moment from authenticity instead of habit. This session will build on the breakthroughs that arise from a new mental perspective (addressed in the first session in the series) by supporting a new relationship to the movement of emotion.

Your physical body is in a constant state of change. The potential for physiological change from the microcosm to the macrocosm in this amazing body that we inhabit is remarkable. What influences that adaptability the most? The beliefs, expectations, and conditioning of the mind have the greatest impact on the natural adaptability of the body. Every single thought causes a physiological response. Now that we have supported open-mindedness and have encouraged the easy flow of the energy of emotion, this session will focus on restoring the natural capacity to adapt to challenge at the physical level. An adaptive immune system is a more efficient one, an adaptive nervous system is one that can appropriately respond without excessive reactivity, an adaptive digestive system allows for greater assimilation and less sensitivity. Where could you embody greater adaptability?
